Conceived and developed by Dr. Somanath and his wife Lakshmi and managed by their parents. Sri. B.V Jayaraj and LathaJayaraj. We have build a cozy estate villa in our coffee estate with beautiful meadows, rolling hill. Swastha is always known for warm hospitality.
Hosting British and royalty in the past, now its is the turn of the film stars, TV artist who frequent this place, when they come here for outdoor shooting in and around Sakleshpur.
Swastha was originally started by the Englishmen sir Woodbridge in late 19th century. His bungalow is still well kept. He handed over the estate to Sri Bellur nanjegowda who was a renowned cardamom planter in these days. During his tenure he expanded the estate. He built schools and and hospital in nearby places. His great grand children now are developing the ‘swatha’ popularly known as beyakaravalli bungalow in the region
