The valley facing glass enclosed gazebo is connected by a bridge to the dining area and is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast and evening tea/coffee is complimentary. You are in a natural surrounding, away from the noise and pollution. Please refrain from playing loud music and enjoy the sound of nature instead, seldom available in the city life. Do respect the privacy of other guests. If you have accompanying children or elderly, please advise them to take care of themselves around the large glass areas. If you have your pets along, kindly keep them on a leash if other guests are around and needless to say, please clear their litter.

Please keep the place clean, neat and tidy, Kindly help us maintain the property so that you can enjoy the same in the future. Breakages and damages will have to be compensated for by the guests. Panchgani has limited facilities and anything broken or damaged has to be procured from Pune or Mumbai at a very high cost.

We do not provide room service of any kind other than the upkeep. Please take your meals, tea/coffee etc in the nominated dining areas. Our resident servants are trained to take care of you, keep the premises clean and cook + serve local food but will not run errands of any kind.

If you should, please smoke outside the house and take care of the butts. You may consume your own drinks and food but please do not litter.

We as owners, our relatives and friends also follow the above advisory without any exception.

How To Reach

Come to the main Panchgani market and drive for about 1.5 kms towards Mahableshwar until you come to Parsi point on your right. Drive further 200 metres towards Mahableshwar and you will see a red wall and a bench to your left. You will also see one road coming from the Sanjeevan school touching the road. At this junction, follow the small road between the red wall and the bench and drive another 50 metres towards the valley. You will pass TCS guest house gate on your left. At the T junction, turn left and DALA ROOSTER is clearly visible on your right hand side. Its white roof stands out !
