We have our own prawns farm of 20 acres in next island will year round activities like 6 months organic rice cultivation followed by 6 month prawns & crab farming by traditional methods.We got country boats of different sizes,speed boat with 40 HP Out board engine, Chinese net & private boat jetty in front of our property.You can different modes of fishing & crab catch.9 small islands surrounding our Kothad island.We will arrange sun set cruise,boating through back waters,House boat trips etc.

How To Reach

From Air port, drive through NH-47 till South Kalamassery ie. towards Kochi.From Kalamassery new container road towards Vallarpadam container terminal.After 7 Km will reach Kothad island or Korampadam Church bus stop.Take left turn & proceed to Kothad-Pizhala ferry.Ie 1.5 km from the container road to Bens homestay.
If you coming from Ernakulam Rail way station. Catch the same container road starts from vallarpadam & you can deviate from Mulvukad bridge & enter in to the container road.In the Korampadam Church bus stop take right turn. Its about 10 Km from Railway station & 25 Km from Air port.
